How to use:
for mental relaxation put on your pillow inside the microwave and heat it for 1 minute (watch out from overheating it so you wont get burned). if its not hot enough reheat in microwave for a few more seconds and if its too hot let it cool down for a while.

when the pillow is warm enough, place the pillow on your forhead or eyes and just sit and relax.
for pain relif and stiff muscles like back pain or stiff neck, place the pillow on the problematic area (you can massage the area with the pillow as well).
